Already an established name in the local coffee scene thanks to its Gasworks location, Kivahan specialises in organic beans sourced from reputable growers around the world, which are then air-roasted on site daily. The air-roasting method removes inconsistent variables that can arise in most conventional processes, and the roasters themselves offer a bit of theatre once activated. In addition to the coffee, patrons can grab themselves a small breakfast bite, a fresh Panini filled with tasty ingredients or a sweet treat to go.
