Little Black Pug on Logan Road is a charming, pet-friendly cafe that plates up some truly delicious and wholesome fare. Owned and operated by Louise and Josh – two scientists turned hospitality upstarts – Little Black Pug is inspired by their two adorable pooches Bowie and Mate, who regularly appear at the cafe throughout the week. The cafe offers a menu of delicious brunch meals, from cheese waffles with smoked ham or salmon, veggie bowls, breakfast burgers, hotcakes, smoothie bowls and grab-and-go focaccias. The menu will change seasonally, with more gluten-free and vegan options to come, while those that bring their own KeepCup or drink their coffee in house will receive a discount. Visiting pups are given their own mat, bowl and menu of treats to devour, which includes puppyccinos, sweet potato, liver, beetroot or carrot treats and doggy ice-cream from Hugo’s Ice Creamery.
