LÜCHA Black Bar and Dining is the sophisticated younger sibling of popular Elizabeth Street eatery LÜCHA Kitchen + Bar. Though specialising in tea-infused modern-Chinese cuisine, LÜCHA Black elevates the experience of its predecessor with a great focus of variety – particularly in its group dining and bar offering. The large Albert Street space has room for large groups and private functions, while the bar allows for more informal snacking and cocktail sipping. Many LÜCHA signatures feature on the LÜCHA Black menu, but a new set banquet offering will give diners a thorough tour of the restaurant’s best tea-infused dishes. Those seeking a one-of-a-kind experience are advised to try the indulgent chef’s special banquet, which features curated selection of off-menu items. Extra kitchen space also allows for an in-house Peking duck menu, which sees a whole succulent duck seasoned with spices and roasted, before being delicately carved and served across three courses. The bar dispenses a large list of signature and classic cocktails, wines and beers, while tea lovers will also be able to quaff ice-cream-infused and sparkling fruity teas and milk teas, or sample some jasmine-tea-infused soft-serve ice-cream.
