Bun lovers on the southside scored some scrumptious news in the early stages of 2018 when local burger empire Miss Kay’s announced it was is headed to Springwood. Following the success of the original CBD and  Mitchelton stores, the brand responded to the requests of hungry southsiders with its biggest venture yet. Miss Kay’s Springwood (situated next to the Springwood Mall complex) features the Brisbane-meets-American style that diners have come to love with some brand-new twists. OG menu items like stacked burgers, loaded milkshakes, cocktails and beer towers feature alongside a new range of unique soft-serve sundaes called ‘softies’ to sweeten the deal. In the same vein as the CBD and Mitchelton stores, patrons are also treated to live tunes on Friday nights.
