When it comes to presentation, the fare at Motto Motto is almost a work of art. Known for its gorgeously presented Japanese fare, Motto Motto goes above and beyond what is expected of a quick-casual eatery. The brand expanded to Indooroopilly in 2019, bringing fine-dining ingredients and presentation to the centre’s array of dining options. Those unfamiliar with the brand are in for a real treat – the outlet serves up a smorgasbord of popular Japanese eats and some more obscure (but equally as flavoursome) options. If you’re a fan of chicken teriyaki, karaage or ramen, Motto Motto has got what you seek. Want to expand your tastes? Opt for a poke bowl with sashimi-grade salmon, brioche rolls stuffed with the likes of soft-shell crab, wagyu beef or pork belly, creamy Japanese croquettes, curry udon and green tea-flavoured soft-serve ice-cream. Either way, Motto Motto scores top marks in look, taste and service.
