Range Brewing is the brainchild of two pals that followed through on those beer-soaked conversations about one day opening up their own bar. With a simple and minimalist Scandinavian-influenced aesthetic, the brewery boasts top-of-the-line apparatus as well as a taproom furbished using sustainably sourced and manufactured materials. The brewery, which is equipped with 19 tanks and a yearly output of 600,000 litres, focuses on small-batch beers, with the beer selection, recipes and approaches constantly evolving. Range Brewing is built on the ethos of reusing rather than recycling, generating as little waste as possible from the beer creation through to its apparel and accessories. The beers are served alongside a menu of hand-thrown, slow rise sourdough pizzas created by Range’s internal kitchen.
