Rings A Bell is a coffee and tea paradise tucked inside the heritage-listed Bell Bros. Building on Brunswick Street in Fortitude Valley. The cafe occupies the a sun-lit room at the building’s rear, interior lobby and outdoor courtyard space, with a decorative aesthetic that blends in seamlessly with the structure’s Art Deco vibe. Rings A Bell serves Tim Adams Specialty Coffee for its house pour (the nutty and naturally sweet Tortise & The Hare blend is the cafe’s go-to), while single-origin filter coffees from a rotating roster of local guests roasters will also feature. Tea lovers can sample from a seasonal menu of loose-leaf brews curated in collaboration with New Farm’s Tour de Tea. Rings A Bell’s food menu is purposefully small, but still features a range of loaded toasties, treats and pastries – the latter sourced from Brasserie Bread.
