When we were young there was no sweeter sound than hearing the ice-cream truck making its way down your street. This charming wagon specialises in traditional soft-serve ice-creams and specialty treats such as sherbet cones, choc tops, sundaes and more. Owned and operated by Sam and Rosanna, Ruby is an imported ice-cream van built in Southampton in 1973. Ruby the Little Red Ice Cream Van regularly attends food truck events around town, including Food Trucks on the Green, as well as popping up at the City Botanic Gardens throughout the week.
