Named Sazerac – an homage to the New Orleans classic cocktail – the lounge bar celebrates the evolution of cocktails, with concoctions including the Salted Caramel Martini, Peach Mint Julep, Bloomsbury Punch and, of course, the Signature Sazerac. It also offers a carefully curated selection of whiskies from around the world, as well as beer, wine and premium spirits. If you’re in the mood to munch, the Compass Cuisine menu has been expertly crafted to provide tastes from all around the world, with a small or large serving size available. Four choices of North, South, East and West – each showcasing four distinct and delicious tastes from the direction of choice – are presented on the same plate creatively and conveniently.
