Spring Hill locals, pay attention. Small Coffee Co. quietly opened its doors in January of 2017 in Spring Hill Marketplace, immediately earning a following of locals that had been craving a quality coffee haunt to call their own. The cafe has teamed up with the Gold Coast’s Blackboard Coffee for its java of choice, pouring a custom house blend and the roastery’s Guatemala Santa Clara. Keelan Bijker (formerly of Two Donkeys) to oversee the day-to-day operations, selecting to offer a concise range of Crust & Co. Artisan Baking pastries, paninis, baguettes to patrons, with smoothies and acai bowls soon to be added to the menu. Customers are encouraged to take a seat and linger or grab a snack on the run. Fresh flowers are also for sale – perfect for sprucing up your office space or as a surprise gift for a loved one.
