Since opening the doors to The Bowery in 2003, owners Cram Birt and Stephanie Canfell have shaped Brisbane’s nightlife scene into much more than pre-mixed liquid offerings. Modelled on Prohibition-era speakeasies, mixologists meticulously craft cocktails from high-quality first pour spirits, freshly pressed citrus juices and classic recipes.
