What was once Gourmet H-Dogz food truck has transformed into The Frying Piggy. The truck celebrates ‘pure pork awesomeness’, with items inspired by crispy pork street food from around the world. The pork in each dish marinates for at least 24 hours, with the menu featuring the likes of popcorn pork, cheesy bacon bombs, Cajun pork fingers, Asian pork meatballs and crunchy bacon slices. You can also amp up the pork volume with a range of homemade sauces, ranging from house-brewed coffee barbecue sauce to fiery honey mustard.
