The Jam Pantry in Greenslopes is the brainchild of Naomi ‘Nims’ Zavackas, former owner of Comfort At My Table. Naomi’s new venture combines her love for jams and preserves as well as comfort food. The menu features a neat selection of classic options and a rotating list of a dozen specials which change regularly depending on what produce is at its seasonal peak. Many of The Jam Pantry’s menu options include a condiment companion, which adds a unique and delicious twist to every meal. Signature dish, Nims’ Eggs features poached eggs, streaky bacon, roasted hydro tomatoes, banana chutney and pesto while popular choice, the avocado on toast, is topped with pickled and fresh strawberries, goats’ chevre and pistachio crumb. In addition to the hearty meals on offer, The Jam Pantry also serve a range of smoothies, juices and milkshakes, which include the delectable strawberry and apple jam milkshake.
