Friday March 20 saw the opening of craft beer, wine and spirits bar Workshop 14 in Hamilton. With a small and experienced team, Anne Scott has built Workshop 14 from an empty space in Hamilton’s dining precinct to a fashionable and welcoming bar. Dark corrugated iron walls, exposed ceilings, and rustic light fixtures create an intimate space, but those that prefer a breeze can take a seat in the outdoor area. The venue serves up a neat selection of finger food and share plates grub including pizzas, arancini balls and spring rolls, while thirsty clientele can enjoy draught beer from Bacchus Brewing as well as an impressive selection of wines and classic cocktails.
