Fortitude Valley welcomes The 28 mixed-use development

With its striking façade and clean and contemporary design, The 28 is sure to fit in nicely with its sleek Fortitude Valley neighbours.

Designed by award-winning architects, Conrad Gargett, the soon-to-be constructed apartment block known as The 28 is set to bring a touch of luxury to The Valley. Located in the newly gentrified area of Baxter Street, the $80-million development will comprise 139 one and two-bedroom apartments offering panoramic views of the Brisbane City skyline, Story Bridge, Mount Cootha, and Moreton bay. The 15-level mixed-use project will include three levels of basement parking, a five-level podium and a ten-level tower above, with the ground level earmarked for high-end retail tenancies and a stylish residential lobby.

Potential residents are expected to be attracted by the luxurious design of the apartments, each boasting Bosch kitchen appliances, designer-tiled kitchen splash backs, generous balconies, and ample storage. Also adding to the allure is the promise of a vast, yet private landscaped rooftop recreation area featuring a 15-metre swimming pool, barbecue and dining area, outdoor theatre and shaded recreation spaces. If you want to have a sticky beak, check out the display suite on Baxter Street, due to open this month.
