Oh, darling! Roaring Twenties Cinema returns to Brisbane in truly fabulous style. You can catch it monthly on Friday nights in the newly refurbished Lumen Room at Metro Arts.

From 7:30 pm, the vintage program will include previews and and a short, followed by the feature itself. Each week will see a screening of a two-hour immersive program representing authentic cinema-going in the 1920s.

The intimate Lumen Room will transport patrons back to the Golden Age of the twenties with movies starring such iconic names as Charlie Chaplin, Harold Lloyd and more. A live pianist will play a musical score alongside the silent features.

Tickets are just $15 per person plus a booking fee, and the event is all ages. Why not step back in time on a Friday night?
