Alex Lam Cheung has manned the pans at a few culinary hotspots around town, and now the chef is stepping out on his own, hosting a pop-up dinner at East Brisbane’s new Korean-influenced eatery Kimchi Cheese Smile on Monday December 10. The chef will be serving up a combination of flavours from the South Pacific and Oceania at large across six courses, paired with wines and alcoholic beverages from New Zealand, Australia and Korea. The evening will include two sittings – one at 5:30 pm and another at 7:40 pm. Tickets are on sale for $145 per person and includes alcohol pairings.
