FryDays Bar & Kitchen is a casual eatery and drinking spot that is putting fried morsels in the spotlight. Taking cues from Korean fried-chicken and beer joints, FryDays is plating up platters of crispy and flavoursome fried chicken as well as a host of deep-fried and grilled snacks and mains. The entrees list features deep-fried sushi rolls, squid rings, tofu bites, vegetables, oysters and even bars of cheese, while a range of wraps (vegetable, grilled barbecue chicken and grilled wagyu) salads, chicken cutlets, pork cutlets and a collection of vegan and gluten-free alternatives are also available. The FryDays bar dispenses craft beer from Stone & Wood, Young Henrys and Feral Brewing Co. and a tight selection of classic cocktails, while the wine list covers all the major groups with a selection of predominantly Australian drops. FryDays’ kitchen is open until midnight every night of the week, which means nosh-hunting night owls have a reliable place to go when the night draws near its close.
