Those that swing by Melt Brothers in the Myer Centre food court on Level E can also sink their teeth into mouth-watering cheesy melts stuffed with maple bacon, fried eggs and sriracha mayo, basil pesto, grilled eggplant and roast capsicum, macaroni and cheese, salami, or roast chicken. The fun doesn’t stop with the sandwiches – Melt Brothers also serves a selection of sides like hash browns, tater tots, mozzarella sticks and cheesy chicken strips. Soft drinks, specialty coffee, thickshakes and smoothies are also available for those that need something to wash down their feast.
