This flavoursome feast is five courses of delicious truffle-infused dishes that are matched perfectly with wine. Diners will be met with bubbles and canapes upon arrival before digging into the likes of beef tartare with confit egg yolk, salmon roe, black truffle and tapioca cracker, raviolo carbonara with crispy guanciali and black truffle shavings, beef fillet with potato pave and black truffle sauce, and Mont Blanc eclair with chestnut cream, cassis and lemon jam and meringue.
