Milton locale Rice Paper Scissors is bringing fresh Vietnamese eats to the Park Road dining precinct. Tucked into a minute space in a commercial complex along Park Road, Rice Paper Scissors serves up morning snacks and lunch to hungry locals. Vietnamese-born, Brisbane-based couple Jason and Pamela Pham aim to bring a different flavour to the popular stretch of eateries, with dishes available for dine-in or takeaway – the star of the menu being the huge selection of rice paper rolls on offer. Jason and Pamela bring 16 years of experience running Brighton Bakery on the northside and four years from Monticlare Bakery in Ascot.
