Forming an exciting gastronome adventure, restaurant-focused locale Gerard’s Bistro is transforming James Street’s food scene with an exotic fusion of Southern European cuisine and North African spice. The creative minds behind Lychee Lounge and Laruche have an inherent aesthetic awareness, carefully curating the interior of Gerard’s Bistro into a venue that inspires and excites. Mismatched wooden planks frame an open kitchen, where delicious wafts of foodstuffs float about hungry diners, permeating anticipation. Seasonal local produce is celebrated throughout the menu. Try the slow-roast wagyu brisket for two with seasonal accompaniments, fried cauliflower with tahini, ras el hanout, smoked almond and pomegranate and bekaa wings with kishk yoghurt and rose.
