Hand picked timber, polished stainless steel and natural stone surfaces blend with crisp white interiors to create a nautical feel true to the core aesthetic of The Boatyard. Brian Donovan’s primary vision for the apartments was to carefully consider utility, comfort and style, creating custom designed timber screening and streamlined white joinery to fit in with the themes.
The project will span four individual buildings, each with a maximum of only two apartments per floor. The streamlined development consists of only 11 two-bedroom terrace apartments, and 16 three- and four-bedroom waterfront apartments to be built. The terrace apartments will provide easy access to Oxford Street and the site is 200 metres from the Bulimba Barracks redevelopment that’s currently underway.
