Luxury living unveiled at Mary Lane’s impressive inner-city development

The team behind Mary Lane’s highly anticipated Brisbane City addition recently announced plans to offer luxury residential apartments to residents, which complements the previously announced arrival of the five-star Westin hotel.

Anticipation is building for the newest development rising amongst Brisbane’s skyline, but the Mary Lane construction is set to yield more than a luxury hotel, retail and food outlets. Mary Lane has given a glimpse into the proposed residences set to ascend from level 17 and up, promising hypnotising city views and stellar amenities. Each residence has been designed by renowned architecture firm Woods Bagot, and will be equipped with high-end appliances, timber floors and pure wool carpets.

The Mary Lane residences will offer a mixture of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, as well as a limited amount of four-bedroom penthouses perched above the Westin Hotel. Apartment residents will be able to enjoy top of the line privileges and amenities such as the rooftop sky deck, infinity pool, gym facilities, function rooms and more. Apartment owners will also have access to a separate lobby with secure lift access and also the chance to take advantage of Westin’s concierge and hotel amenities. To have a closer look at the development, head to the Mary Lane website or visit the sales display centre at 113 Margaret Street, Brisbane City.
