Shake and stir your Thursdays at this new martini happy hour

Corbett & Claude is bringing a flair for the elegant to your knock-off drinks with its new Martini Thursday series. Fans of the classic cocktail can rejoice as the Italian eatery shakes up a very happy hour, featuring a selection of three martinis and three plates of sensational snacks.

The not-so-humble martini has earned a reputation as the sophisticate of the bar. Whether you take it with gin or vodka, or like it dry or dirty, this simple sip is a cocktail classic for a reason. Bright, aromatic and shapeshifting with each garnish, a martini coupe invigorates your night with a herbaceous hit of vermouth and class.

With multiple locations across Brisbane, Corbett & Claude is elevating the end of your work week with its latest drink deal. Enliven your Thursday nights with the elegance of a martini – or three to be precise. The new Martini Thursday series lets martini mega fans and new converts sample three cocktails from the bar’s martini menu for $55 per person. The bar is stocked with the rich and robust flavours of Nosferatu Distillery’s gin and vodka – with each bottle locally brewed and batched in Brisbane’s very own Bowen Hills.

Choose from staples like dry, dirty and Gibson martinis as well as bold takes like the pawnstar and the espresso martinis. Or side-step the classics and try the vodka-based Ping Pong martini, designed by Corbett & Claude’s master mixologists, which is sweetened with a medley of lime, lychee and passion fruit for a vibrant and vivacious punch of flavour. Your martini trio will be paired with a selection of bites from Corbett & Claude’s beloved kitchen. Pick from the likes of golden chicken or cauliflower bites, succulent haloumi chips and classic chips dusted in parmesan.

Martini Thursday will be toasting from 4:00 pm every week at Corbett & Claude’s Mt Gravatt, Elizabeth St and Everton Park locations with your choice of three martinis and three snacks for $55. Start the weekend indulgence early and book now
