A one day retreat for women who currently or previously have been diagnosed with breast cancer, their carers and/ or partners. The day offers the opportunity to stop and re-evaluate the way we live and then reintegrate into life a future where we can deeply care for ourselves as women, equal to all others.

Join us for a day where together we each have an opportunity to share our wisdom to support the potential healing process by:
• Understanding each woman already holds the key to her own healing
• Exploring why we find it difficult to put ourselves first
• Experiencing gentle hands on healing and other practical tools that support us to deeply rest and listen to the body’s inner wisdom
• Hearing from women who have changed their lives after a breast cancer diagnosis
• Appreciating how to make self-nurturing choices part of our daily routine.

The retreat is hosted by complimentary health practitioners, health professionals and women who are interested in women’s health.
