The Creative Department menu is designed to be an experimental, immersive, intriguing, indulgent and at times confronting, seven-course dining experience paired with complimenting liquid concoctions.

Each dish involves a gelato or frozen element, however the Messina team prefers not to refer to this as a dessert degustation – it’s more like a dining experience. The seasonal menu is constantly adapting to showcase a perfect balance of sweet, savoury and umami.

Since opening in the brand’s Darlinghurst site, Gelato Messina has been constantly changing, refining and experimenting with its Creative Department menu. Each sitting accommodates 12 people on a communal table but these sessions fill out lightning fast, so jump on it while you can!
