*** This event has been postponed.*** Enjoy a free concert at Brisbane’s Mt Coot-tha Songwriters Festival.

The festival stage features six hours of non-stop original entertainment from some of Australia’s finest blues, roots, folk, alt. country, and acoustic songwriters. The event is a fun family day out set in the cool, lush Brisbane Botanic Gardens at the base of Mt Coot-tha.

The 2020 festival lineup features the Australian songwriting guru Allan Caswell, Americana songstress Sue Ray, bluesy heartfelt songwriter Matty Rogers, touring folkies Great Aunt, acoustic country-tinged duo The Weeping Willows, and the swamp blues of the 8 Ball Aitken Band. The all-star jam set finishes off the day.

Pack a picnic or enjoy the food truck offerings. Slip, slop, and slap, bring a picnic blanket and chill with the family at the Mt Coot-tha Songwriters Festival. Proudly supported by the Brisbane City Council.
