If you fancy yourself a bit of a champagne connoisseur or if you just really enjoy drinking it, mark March 3 in the calendar because for the first time you will have the opportunity to join educator Kyla Kirkpatrick (aka The Champagne Dame) to explore the prestige Cuvees of Champagne. A prestige Cuvee has no legal classification by the CIVC but is essentially the pride of the house using the very best grapes, aged for extended periods of time to offer the cuvee maximum complexity. Explore six prestige Cuvees including wines from Krug, Pol Roger Sir Winston Churchill, Cristal and beyond in an intimate masterclass, which tastes some of the best champagnes currently available in Australia. Places strictly limited!
