SLUMBERJACK’s coming to Brisbane this winter with a special performance at The Princess Theatre as part of the city-wide Open Season music festival.
After a string of dance-pop tracks spent months on Aussie radio (“Poison”, “Better Off”, “Not For You”), SLUMBERJACK completely flipped the script, spending the last year workshopping some of their darkest, heaviest, most rave-ready tracks ever. Those tracks, including What So Not collab “Uh Uh”, were unveiled through a series of releases with Sable Valley, Deadbeats, and Jadu Dala. Next up, SLUMBERJACK has plans for a slate of house-ier flavored records with Thrive Music including vocal smash “Nostalgia” featuring Little Green alongside underground club-oriented singles such as “Back Again”.
Since their formation, Morgan and Fletcher have collected three Gold records, toured across three continents, played the world’s biggest festivals (EDC Vegas, Lollapalooza, Splendor in the Grass) racked up over 175 million streams, and collaborated with artists like What So Not, MEMBA, Josh Pan, Alison Wonderland, and more. Along the way, the pair have earned a reputation as two of the sharpest, most forward-thinking minds in electronic music.
