How would you like to create and take home a stunning four-cornered basket using pandanus leaves from Samoa? Join Maryann Talia Pau, founder of the One Million Stars to End Violence project, and learn how to form a beautifully-crafted, functional basket. It is recommended you have had some weaving experience, as the workshop is ideal for participants with medium to advanced skills. Artisan provides all required materials and light refreshments. You receive tuition with an experienced weaver and you will create your own pandanus basket.

Maryann Talia Pau is an artist and weaver who lives on Quandamooka country, Redlands, with her husband and children. She is the founder of the One Million Stars to End Violence project and co-founder of the Pacific Women’s Weaving Circle. Maryann’s other interests include mental health, business, architecture and the environment.
