The first iteration utilised a locally roasted dark stout as its secret sauce, but this second coming opts for a crisp Little Creatures pale ale, poured straight into the still and mixed with a menagerie of juniper, coriander, honey, roasted barley, cassia, macadamia nuts and orris root, while fresh lemon peel and ginger bask in the botanical basket. 

The final result is a stirring spirit with a depth of flavour, beautifully balancing chewy, malty hops with bright, citrusy overtones. Perfect for a swilling in a swell gin and tonic or splashing around as the standout ingredient in a range of cocktails.
