Wolff Coffee unveils new nitrogen-infused cold-brew

One of Brisbane’s preeminent coffee roasters has taken the leap to cold brew coffee, developing taps and kegs for use in cafes and bars around Brisbane.

Since 2010, Wolff Coffee Roasters in Banyo has pioneered the practice of coffee roasting and the distribution of caffeinated nectar. With a range of specialty coffee beans, brewing equipment and Probat coffee roasters available coffee enthusiasts, cafes and venues, Wolff is a renowned distributor that is highly regarded all over the world. Master Roaster Peter Wolff has more than 30 years experience in the industry and has his finger on the pulse when it comes to the latest coffee trends.

Wolff Coffee Roasters has come forth with a new product known simply as Cold Wolff. This gift from the coffee gods is a nitrogen-charged cold-brew, which is being distributed to cafes around Brisbane in 20 litre kegs that can be poured through beer tap dispensers. The kegs will be made available Wolff’s wholesale customers and licensed cafes – keep an eye out for Wolff taps popping up around Brisbane and be sure to try a tall glass of cold-brew or berry ice tea once it becomes available.
