Charlotte Street’s Bar 127 has heard your burger-needing stomach grumbles, and has decided to transform its a la carte bistro into a gourmet burger bar. You’ll find a selection of eleven burgers on offer, with beef, lamb, chicken, crispy suckling pork, fish and vegetarian options. Each burg is sandwiched between a light brioche bun from Teneriffe’s Danny’s Bread (unless you opt for a naked burger in a lettuce cup), filled with some of the country’s finest produce and served with seasoned French fries and a pickled onion. The menu also features a range of bagels and salads, and also provides craft beer and burger matching suggestions. Bar 127 also makes all of its sauces and accompaniments in house, including ketchup, beetroot chutney and bacon-and-onion jam, all of which can be purchased by the bottle to take home.
