Carl’s Jr. initiated its first foray into the Queensland market in 2016 with a location at Brisbane Airport’s domestic terminal. The second Queensland location (and first freestanding location in the state) opened in Redbank Plains in the early stages of 2018, bringing with it the signature menu of burgers, shakes and sides. For the uninitiated, Carl’s Jr. Redbank Plains is known for its signature range of Thickburgers, which are stacked to the sky with angus beef patties and other fresh ingredients. Pair that with a selection of char-grilled burgers, chilli cheese fries, waffle fries, onion rings, ice-cream sandwiches and hand-scooped ice-cream shakes and it’s easy to see why the brand has successfully opened more than 3000 locations across 42 countries.
