Good news for inner-city workers looking for a convenient spot to get a healthy hit, Juice Box – a pint-sized juice, smoothie and acai bowl dispensary from the team behind Mr Bao will be opening at Heritage Lanes in late September or early October. A fit-out process from Echo Projects Co is currently underway on the cosy 27-sqm hole-in-the-wall nook, from which commuters and sustenance seekers will be able to nab a range of energy boosting bites and drinks. The offering will include five freshly made juices, five smoothies (including a PB&J-inspired number with raspberry jam, vanilla yoghurt and rolled oats), a clutch of protein shakes and loaded acai bowls – all made in house. Juice Box will also serve vegan raw treats from Plant Based Dough Co., as well as a mix of vegan and non vegan doughnuts.
