Keyhole Espresso is a fresh and funky cafe located in Morningside, adorned with comfortable, handmade furniture made from recycled materials. During an extended stay in Montreal, co-owner Grant fostered a love for bagels, and became accustomed to a certain standard of quality. After returning to Brisbane and realising that there was a dearth of quality, healthy bagel joints, Grant decided to take matters into his own hands and with his partner Cass, opened up Keyhole Espresso. Grant and Cass serve up a great selection of tasty bagels delivered daily from Bagel Boys and topped with delicious trimmings. The New Yorker bagel comes highly recommended, with slow roasted corn-peppered beef, pickles and honey mustard, served with potato crisps and relish on the side. Caffeine addicts will be happy to note that Keyhole Espresso also pour cups of Genovese brew, the storied Melbourne coffee house, as well as delicious milkshakes, smoothies, juices and a selection of summertime mocktails.
