Owners John, Frankie and Sylvia of West End icon Trang restaurant have given focus to a few key Vietnamese dishes on the Mrs Luu’s menu. The Goi Cuon rice paper rolls see a choice of six fillings, while the Com bowl of jasmine rice, mesculin and pickled vegetables comes with steak, chicken or pork. The very popular Banh Mi offers an impressive selection of fillings, including grilled marinated flank steak, sweet glazed chicken fillet, soy and shallot grilled pork chop and omelette with caramelised onions for vegos.
