Bringing its signature noodle soups and dumplings to the local palate, New Shanghai is sure to satisfy lunchtime cravings. Shanghai-Style Dumplings come with pork and cabbage, pork and chive, lamb and leek or vegetarian fillings. A cold dish menu includes the likes of Drunken Chicken soaked in Chinese wine with herbs and spices, which comes with or without cold noodles.
