The dining menu features a bevy of Italian-inspired bites including fresh calamari fritti, gooey burrata and stone-baked fresh pizza made with a 37-year-old mother dough. Dessert lovers won’t be forgotten either with sweet treats like olive-oil cake drenched in lemon syrup and a hazelnut gelato topped with Nutella ricotta and Ferrero Rocher rubble set to satisfy sweet tooths. But what takes the cake is undoubtedly the venue’s 14-strong spritz menu. Thirsty folk can wet their whistle with the likes of a lychee spritz made with pink gin, sparkling rosé, lychee fruit and topped with edible pink glitter and flowers, as well as the Dolce Vita spritz made with Sexy Cat marshmallow liqueur, sparkling Moscato and vanilla, topped with fairy floss, mini marshmallows and edible glitter. The most notable item on the menu (and one that comes with a hefty price tag of $299) is the truly decadent – and aptly named – specialty sip, The Duchess, which has been coined as Australia’s most expensive spritz. The creative concoction is made with rose liqueur and Dom Pérignon champagne, and is topped with locally made Turkish delight glazed in a gold lustre and served in a special glass that guests can take home.
