Welcome to Bowen Hills’ gin bar, Swill, opened to the public with an impressive array of concoctions for cocktail lovers. The bar will features more than 120 gins from both Australia and overseas, including the likes of Poor Tom’s, award-winning Brookie’s Gin, Patient Wolf gin, Animus Distillery’s Ambrosian gin and Kew Organic Gin by the London Distillery Company. Special gin and tonics, gin-focused cocktails and gin spritzes are available, while non-gin drinkers can also sip on tap beer, wine and a curated selection of spirits. The space, designed by Alexander Lotersztain’s Derlot, features a moody, booth-filled interior plus an outdoor space, catering for up to 150 patrons, making perfect for functions. If you’re hankering for a bite, food from Welcome to Bowen Hills can be brought inside for grazing while you sip.
