Food truck followers take note! A new magical mobile dispensary is roaming Brisbane’s streets, whipping up a fantastic range of breakfast bites. The Wild Spice Kitchen menu offers a bunch of delightful delicacies (with a distinct fantasy theme) to help jumpstart your morning or keep energy levels going throughout the afternoon. Breakfast options include the Frodo (eggs on toast with tomato and rocket), the Thornberry (smashed avo with feta, lemon and toasted almonds), the Jack (slow-cooked baked beans and poached eggs on toast) and the Cumberbatch (eggs Benedict with). If you are feeling extra hungry, order The Croque Royale, a grilled cheese sandwich with three cheeses, artichokes, garlic and herbs. Lunch sees a bunch of salads on offer, including the Midas (honey roast pumpkin with fetta, corn couscous and chipotle aioli) and the Rapunzel (carrot, beetroot, Chinese cabbage, rice noodles, cucumber and peanuts).
