The award-winning dairy cooperative has been filling our glasses for 125 years, and now with the leap into ice-cream will offer another channel for shoppers to support local farmers.

Ice-cream artisans crafted a collection of six flavours inspired by the classics of our childhoods but with a decadent twist. Think burnt butter with caramel sauce, cookies and cream with Belgium chocolate, decadent vanilla bean, espresso with chocolate almonds, salted dark-chocolate fudge and golden Jersey caramel macadamia.
