Launched in May to help the struggling hospo industry, Campari’s Shaken Not Broken initiative linked up local bars and online ordering platform HungryHungry to help quench the thirst of homebound folk across Australia. The initiative, which is part of a larger comprehensive industry response package provided by Campari, was supported through the donation of negroni and bourbon cocktail kits that were delivered to venues nation-wide.
So how does it work? All you have to do is jump onto the Shaken Not Broken website, where you can search to find your nearest (and most dearest) bar or venue and place an order. You can then either choose to get your favoured tipple delivered straight to your door or you can make tracks to your local bar to pick up your order. The cocktails will be served in glass bottles for easy transportation, with personalised swing tags attached. Some of the Brisbane venues involved in the initiative include Beccofino, Death and Taxes, Alba Bar & Deli, Julius Pizzeria, Electric Avenue, Canvas, Cobbler, The End, Mama Taco and Ehden Bar & Kitchen.
