B Indulged Clinic’s Jessika Brigginshaw has taken her beauty operation from strength to strength since starting the business in Ipswich more than ten years ago. Gradual growth over the years has seen a boost in clientele and reputation, so when Jessika started looking for a new site to expand to, she also sought other avenues to build upon B Indulged’s established offering. The perfect opportunity presented itself in the form of the old Maryon’s Shoes store on the cusp of Paddington and Rosalie – a hub that could not only accommodate a new lash, brow and skin salon, but also an outdoor space that could be employed as a secret getaway for customers and those passing by. Jessika and her team cut back the overgrowth that had consumed the under-utilised area, also adding new floors, a pastel-pink colour scheme and some vintage furniture to create Rosa’ Bloom. The lush oasis doubles as a coffee hangout and function space, one perfect for those seeking an intimate and eye-catching venue for their next bespoke event.
Rosa’ Bloom opens from Wednesday through to Saturday, serving up a picture-perfect array of drinks. Merlo has been selected as the coffee of choice, with espresso-based drinks available alongside teas, chai lattes, iced drinks, milkshakes and specialty drinks. These unique sips include colourful beetroot, turmeric and potato lattes, and a clutch of fusion drinks that blend sparkling soda water with ingredients such as strawberry, lime, lychee, blueberries, green apple, mint and elderflower. As a function space, Jessika is keeping Rosa’ Bloom flexible so as to accommodate a multitude of events, from high teas and bridal showers to picnic parties and professional lunches. The space can hold 50 patrons comfortably, and Jessika has put together a list of woman-operated catering partners with the aim of supporting other local small businesses.
