Missed out on tickets to the sold-out Brisbane Ice Cream Festival? Don’t fret just yet …

The minute we let slip that the very first Brisbane Ice Cream Festival was rolling into town, you guys went (crushed) nuts. It comes as no surprise that the event sold out in a flash, but if you didn’t manage to nab tickets in time then we have a cure for your impending FOMO. UberEATS has come to the rescue – on Saturday March 11 you can get the most delicious treats from the festival’s vendors delivered to your door.

This situation right here is pretty much the reverse of that famous saying about the mountain not coming to you, because in this case you lactose lovers don’t have to move a muscle to get your frost fix. UberEATS has teamed up with some of Brisbane’s best purveyors of frozen treats to bring the Brisbane Ice Cream Festival to you. Ice-cream, popsicles, sorbet and more will be on offer, just as if you were actually roaming the stalls of West Village.

On Saturday March 11, the cool cats at UberEATS will be making like Mr Whippy himself and doling out treats across Brisbane – sans tinny renditions of ‘Greensleeves’. Those with a hankering for something sweet can sample the likes of Dimanche, Darling & Co, Charlie’s Raw Squeeze, Cold Rock, New Farm Confectionery, Mister Fitz, Pit Boss American BBQ and Eats, Ciao Gelato and La Macelleria Gelateria – that’s something worth i-screaming for. As an added bonus, first-time users of UberEATS can get a very tasty $10 off their order by entering the code eats-bneicecream.

If you’re still bummed out about missing out on tickets, just look on the bright side – this way you can eat as much ice-cream as you can possibly stomach with nobody around to witness your shame!

The Stumble Guide is our comprehensive Brisbane dining guide with more than 2400 places to eat, drink, shop and play.
