Set to open in October this year, The Garden Pantry will feature three of Brisbane’s best dining experiences all in one convenient location. Sitting pretty alongside the lush Boundary Street-facing parkland The Common, The Garden Pantry is on track to become a destination for high-quality casual dining with a paddock-to-plate philosophy shared amongst its new tenants. Tropical indoor dining and open al fresco spaces combined with loads of grab-and-go options to enjoy in The Common are a perfect fit for the West End vibe.
So just who will be setting up shop at The Garden Pantry? A trio of Brisbane’s most popular eateries have signed up to bring tasty eats and killer atmosphere to the area. Following its raging success as a pop-up in the West Village laneway, Salt Meats Cheese will gain a permanent home in the new area. The Italian faves will also be opening Queensland’s flagship Salt Meats Cheese Cooking School in West Village later in the year. The second tenant is Cheeky Poke Bar, set to serve up its fresh bowls and fabulous seafood tacos. Thirdly, cult hole-in-the-wall bao joint Mr Bunz is taking up residency in the area to deliver its signature Southeast Asian flavours.
