Please note that this event has been cancelled until further notice. We will do our best to keep you updated with the most current information. For some people, Easter is all about chocolate eggs and hot cross buns. For others, the April long weekend heralds one of our country’s greatest musical gatherings – we’re talking Byron Bay Bluesfest, baby! Good news for those who have been hanging out to see who will be gracing the stage in 2020 – the first announcement for the five-day affair has just dropped, and you’d best believe it’s worth saving the date for.

Let’s get right to it – the first Bluefest 2020 line-up announcement is jam-packed with some true music royalty. Headliners Dave Matthews Band, Crowded House, Patti Smith and Her Band and George Benson are joined by an all-star offering that includes the likes of Brandi Carlile, John Butler, Xavier Rudd, The Cat Empire, Morcheeba, John Prine, Jenny Lewis, Frank Turner, John MayallBuffy Sainte-Marie, The Marcus King Band, Walter Trout, Christone ‘Kingfish’ Ingram, Greensky Bluegrass, Larkin Poe and The War & Treaty.

This is just the beginning – the beloved annual festival has a reputation for drip-feeding truly amazing line-up announcements from the first drop right through to the festival date, so you can rest assured that even more amazing talent is set to take to the stage in 2020.

Want to have your best Easter break ever? Bluesfest takes over the Tyagarah Tea Tree Farm from April 9–13 2020 and tickets are on sale now – to see the payment plans and ticketing options available, head to the Bluesfest website.
