There are so many excellent burger joints in town, it’s an impossible task to rank one of them above the rest. We’ve all got our favourites, but instead to fostering unnecessary contention, one event is looking to bring several of Brisbane’s best together to celebrate the joy that burgers bring. Burger Fest will be taking over The Triffid on Saturday October 21 to showcase the best burgs in town, and is shaping up to be a monumental celebration.

So, what burger spots feature on this all-star roster? Let me enlighten you, my fungry friend! The likes of Ben’s Burgers, Miss Kay’s, Ze Pickle, Mr Burger, 5 Boroughs, Lucky Egg, Red Hook and The Triffid’s own esteemed kitchen team will be cooking up signature burgers and exclusive Burger Fest concoctions from morning until evening. The day will feature live music to soundtrack your eating experience, while the hungriest of attendees will be able to participate in burger eating competitions in The Triffid’s beer garden. Burger Fest is free to attend – follow your nose to The Triffid from 11:00 am onwards.
